本系列产品是日发自主研发的大型多功能高端数控机床，主关部件与国外专门机构合作优化设计，产品结构紧凑、造型美观、功能丰富、配置完善、性能优良、质量可靠，具有高效柔性化的特点。配备系列化功能部件，多种机床功能供客户选择，满足客户个性化需求。本系列机床有X轴（X1轴、X2轴）， Y轴（Y1轴、Y2轴），Z轴、W轴（W1轴、W2轴）轴五个坐标轴，X、Y、Z三轴可实现三轴联动，W1、W2轴各自为同步轴，具备自动换刀换附件铣头的能力。机床可自动实现大中型箱体类零件的铣、钻、铰、攻丝和镗孔等多工序的多面加工，适用于石化、制冷、冶金、锅炉、船舶军工和航空航天等多种行业，实现五面体加工。

This series of machine tools has five coordinate axes: X axis (x1 axis and X2 axis), Y axis (Y1 axis and Y2 axis), Z axis and W axis (W1 axis and W2 axis). X, y and Z axes can realize three-axis linkage. W1 and W2 axes are synchronous axes respectively, with the ability of automatic tool change and accessory milling head change. The machine tool can automatically realize the multi-faceted processing of milling, drilling, reaming, tapping and boring of large and medium-sized box parts. Structural features:

◆ the moving beam is adjusted and positioned with double gratings, and is hydraulically clamped with the column at multiple points. The rigidity of the overall double column frame is good!
